Eastside Explorers exists as a cooperative to provide a network of support & encouragement to home-educating member families; and to help meet educational and social needs within a framework of Judeo-Christian values.

Located in the North Scottsdale/North Phoenix area, our group in 2006 was composed of 130 member families.

Membership is open to all families who are homeschooling in accordance with Arizona law.  This brings opportunities for networking with other home schooling parents, activities for your children and educational opportunities for all. As a cooperative, member involvement is critical to the success of Eastside activities and events. Service within Eastside Explorers is expected of all active members.

Eastside Explorers, as a body, submits to guidelines and policies of AFHE.  Membership within Eastside Explorers is relegated to one membership per family which is subject to Board approval.

Dues are $35 per year (June 1-July 31 registration) and $45 (after July 31-May 31) and can be paid during online registration using PayPal or by alternate method detailed in the online registration form. Please note that any student who wishes to participate in Eastside's  Junior or Senior High graduation ceremonies MUST be a member as of January 31 of the graduating year.
